Robix ("we," "our," or "us") provides a Chrome Extension designed to help Roblox UGC creators and clothing designers track their sales, calculate net profits, and analyze their revenue.

We only collect the data necessary to provide the analytics dashboard and manage your subscription.

A. Roblox Account Data

When you connect your Roblox account, we securely access:

• Roblox User ID & Username: To identify your account.
• Group Memberships: To display sales data for groups you own or manage.
• Authentication Tokens: We use your active browser session to securely fetch data from Roblox APIs on your behalf.
• Important: We never access, store, or transmit your Roblox password.

B. Financial & Analytics Data

To generate your dashboard, we fetch the following data from official Roblox APIs:

• Transaction History: Sales of items, pending Robux, and commission payouts.
• Asset Details: Item names, IDs, thumbnails, creation dates, and pricing.
• Sales Volume: Aggregated data to calculate Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and Net Profit.

C. Subscription & Payment Information

Robix is a paid service. We use Stripe (a secure third-party payment processor) to handle all billing.

• What we store: Your Stripe Customer ID and your current subscription status (e.g., active, trialing, past_due).
• What we DO NOT store: We never see or store your credit card number, CVC, or bank details. All payment processing happens directly on Stripe's secure servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following specific purposes:

1. Service Provision: To build your analytics dashboard, calculate your real net profit (after Roblox fees), and visualize your sales trends.
2. Account Management: To synchronize your preferences and tracked groups across your sessions.
3. Billing: To verify your access to Robix features (Free Trial or Premium Subscription) via Stripe.
4. Support & Improvement: To diagnose technical issues and improve the extension's performance.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Database: Your analytics data and preferences are stored securely in Supabase, an enterprise-grade database provider.
• Encryption: All data transmission between the extension, our servers, and third-party APIs (Roblox, Stripe) occurs over encrypted HTTPS/SSL connections.
• Access Control: Access to personal data is strictly restricted to the technical infrastructure required to run the service.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the service:

• Roblox Corporation: We interact with Roblox APIs to fetch your sales data.
• Supabase: For database hosting and authentication management.
• Stripe: For payment processing and subscription management.

6. Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)

As we operate from France, we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to:

• Access: You can view your collected data directly within the Robix dashboard.
• Rectification: You can update your settings or refresh your data at any time.
• Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You may request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data from our servers.
• Revoke Access: You can uninstall the extension at any time, which immediately stops further data collection.
